Dry Bulk Logistics

Silo transport

Nijhof-Wassink is a specialist in silo transport of dry bulk goods for the chemical and petrochemical industries: clean granules and powders such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polyethylene terephthalate (PET). With a modern fleet, an international network and a focus on quality, we guarantee the most optimal payload and delivery reliability. Come and meet our drive for Dry Bulk Logistics.

On-time delivery in bulk transport

More than 99% of our deliveries are on-time and we continuously measure this. We make this happen with a streamlined planning and with the most experienced drivers who assume responsibility for their work. Our new and fine-looking equipment consists of towing units and silo trailers, including several vacuum trailers (suction trailers). Our tractor-trailer combinations weigh less than 15,000 kg for an optimal payload, without compromising on safety.

Reliable one-stop-shop

Nijhof-Wassink is the reliable one-stop-shop for your local and international silo transports. As a specialist we have all product knowledge in-house to deliver your dry bulk to your end customer in optimum condition. Our skilled drivers are also regularly trained by our BBS (Behaviour Based Safety) instructors and work according to the strictest safety requirements, as defined in our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) programme.

Innovative TMS

Our modern Transport Management system (TMS) enables us to work even more focused, more efficient and more productive. It is one of the innovative developments of Nijhof-Wassink LIVE with which we make a real-time connection between your and our IT systems. By, among other things, sharing the order status, loading and unloading times, the truck location and even your stock level, you and we together are achieving the ultimate digital supply chain network. You can track your transports live and are always informed of the latest state of affairs.
