Lotte Global Logistics from South Korea becomes new warehouse client in Coevorden
Lotte Global Logistics transports goods by container ship, plane or truck around the world for its clients. As a 3PL company they provide the logistics of the Purified Isophthalic Acid product for various clients. From 1 March 2018 the collaboration with Nijhof-Wassink commenced for the transport and storage of these products.
The big bags containing Purified Isophthalic Acid are transported to the Netherlands by sea container from South Korea. These big bags are brought to the Nijhof-Wassink logistics centre in Coevorden from the Port of Rotterdam by inland vessels. The big bags are stored in our bonded warehouse (customs warehouse). As the goods are therefore not cleared in the Netherlands, the import duties and VAT are only paid in the country of final destination. Bulking the big bags from our warehouses in the north-east of the Netherlands, to our own silo truck trailer combinations and the Silo loads of Purified Isophthalic Acid are delivered to customers throughout Europe from the Coevorden site.
